Dear Jason,

Just a short note to thank you for the exceptional level of customer service that you provided us when purchasing our boat. We were after something that would lay the foundation for years of family fun, time together and overall enjoyment with friends and family. We started the search for a boat with you and ended the search with a boat with you.

Spending the time with us to understand exactly what we were after and then stepping us through the process along the way made all the difference. In simple terms you were always there, always approachable and always available.

The call we received after spending our first night on the boat was perfectly timed too. With so many questions running through our heads, having someone call and ask how we went after our first night aboard was comforting, and allowed us to ask “all those silly questions” that run through your mind after your maiden voyage. Most of all, it reminded us that the RMC service hadn’t finished.

Intact, that day, my wife and I reflected back on the experience and discussed how we can improve our own business to provide a similar level of service to our clients, it impressed us that much.

I cannot recommend Jason and RMC enough. When the time comes for us to upgrade the first call we make, the only call we make will to Jason and R Marine Crawley.

A very big congratulation’s to RMC on fixing the fuel tank leak.

Hats off to Sean for the Able Point return delivery of our boat, refueled, washed dried and tired up at Hamo. I can’t thank you enough. The whole process of daily communication from Greg and Sean has set a new standard for RMC .Totally impressed.

The actual leak and many pre-fixes was finally resolved by you guys take full responsibility and a “can do” approach. Sean ,your confidence about how this should be done professionally with the right material’s and preparation is to be admired.

Ben well done on your company restructures, these guys make you look good!.Many thanks for personally getting involved, including fuel transfers etc. An issue like this can be very unnerving for an owner and you know how much Jan and I love to use “Living the Dream”so it means a lot to us and we will continue to spread the good word about RMC.

It was a difficult deal to complete, with 3 owners and 2 boats, and Jason did a fantastic job keeping everyone calm and collected throughout. More importantly, everything he said he was going to do, he did. Even when it came to wiring in a television for me, which was totally outside of the scope of works.

We recently purchased a Riviera 42 through R Marine Crawley at Runaway Bay in Qld. We dealt with Michael Donnan who was excellent throughout the entire process. During negotiations, Michael worked tirelessly with us and the vendor in order to achieve a result that was satisfactory to all stakeholders.  He also kept us informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.

After the price was agreed, we then dealt with Tiffany to complete the transaction. Again, she was responsive, pleasant & helpful at all times.

We also requested some additional other work to be completed on the boat which was attended to in a timely and professional manner.

We would also like to give a special thanks to Jess who assisted us in arranging some minor maintenance work, all of which was done on time and to our satisfaction.

When we sailed the boat from the Gold Coast to Sydney, Michael called us regularly to make sure all was well along the way and that we made it home safely.

We would highly recommend R Marine Crawley to any prospective buyer or seller.

In February this year, my wife, Nicole, and I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2001 Riviera 40 from your dealership. Your representative, Jason Kowalski, was fantastic and a pleasure to do business with. Jason was, at all times, informative and caring of our needs and requirements – nothing was too much to ask of Jason who, I believe, went out of his way to ensure that the sale process was fair, that all of our concerns / queries were answered and, importantly to us, he made the sale process an enjoyable experience.

Hi Jason,

Earlier this year my wife and I accidentally met Jason Kowalski and the R Marine Crawley team at their Runaway Bay offices/marina when I was starting my search for my next boat.  When we met I had my first boat that I needed to sell and at that time I was thinking that it would take approximately 3¬6 months to sell and maybe a further 6 months to secure my next one.  Jason demonstrated to me early that he knew boats and wasn’t just doing the salesman pitch as when he spoke to me at length he wanted to understand what I was looking for in my next step up in boating.  With that, I listed my boat with RM Crawley and was really impressed when they wanted to ensure that the detail on my first boat was captured and the right photos were used to list on the web so nothing was left to second guessing.  I was flabbergasted with how quick the response was to the listing.  Within 2 days of the boat being listed, RM Crawley had potential buyers looking at the boat. In 4 days after the listing I had a contract on the boat and in 10 days I had money in the bank account (the boat would have been settled earlier if it wasn’t for the Gold Coast and Sanctuary Cove boat shows!).  Jason and the team at RM Crawley made the sale process seamless and painless and went to lengths to keep me informed of interest and the settlement process.  In regards to  my next boat again Jason knows exactly what I am seeking and is currently working towards securing one for me and I am sure I will be in my next boat in the not too distant future.
